WiseGaming is a online gaming platform and we are currently expanding our team. We are looking for a passionate Account managers who is responsible to acquire, maintain and optimize business relations and partnerships in Key Markets, to achieve business KPI’s. The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

Necessary skills

- Experienced with managing and working with international clients;
- Experience in relevant position like Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in online gaming

- Self motivated, detail oriented, self managed, team player, multitasking;
- Service and business orientated with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
- Previous experience in a similar position preferably in iGaming minimum 3 years
- Good understanding about the products
- Be presentable and willing to travel.
- Strong communication and written ability in English is essential


- Creating Marketing strategy to bring new clients
- Retention and Conversion strategy;
- Handle customers’ day to day queries, requests and issues.
- Responsible for customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations
- Use data and reports to analyze client activity
- Managing customer requests and needs;
- Providing first level business support;
- Escalation point for technical issues
